Fluitek Orsenigo S.r.l. is a 20 years old Italian ball valve maker.
The 22,5 M € turn over Company has got an extensive experience in special engineered ball valves mainly working for the domestic Market (ENI Group of Company in Italia, Ansaldo, General Electric), but also with important key accounts on the international arena (eg. KOC, SHELL, PDO, OXYDENTAL, EXXON MOBIL, MAERSK OIL, KCC, QGPC and many others) with a long list of important EPC’s & End Users who are very appreciative with Fluitek Orsenigo S.r.l. performances under any aspects of our business (Intrinsecally quality product,
promptness, responsiveness, strong job handling, firm delivery time commitment combined with on market price).

Fluitek Orsenigo production range has been since last 20 years definitively on very special design applications, critical services, in special ball valve category as :

- API 6A split body bolted bonnet & Top entry ball valves (entire API 6A range)
- Fully cryogenic application (-196°C) split body bolted body & top entry ball valves
- Metal to metal seated ball valves for very high temp and or debris services
- Double block & bleed modular ball valves

In terms of sizes, largest valve we are able to produce and we have already produced in
our Plant is a 56”/300# KOC – Kuwait.

The management of Fluitek Orsenigo S.r.l., on the strong basis of the
significative extensive history of the Company, in terms of product & core competence in order to be ready to withstand the continuous important market demand, has taken the conscious decision to give more visibility to this Italian Industrial reality entering on the International Market in more tangible, significant way.

The staff Management, long years experience in the valve industry has the experience and the capability to put in place strong long terms relationship with key Italian sub suppliers for raw material (both forging & casting), as well as with key machining shop & specialized labs for specific production processes for valve application (special cladding application, hard facing, special sealing technologies, exotic painting, etc…).

Due to the nature of our product (eg. high engineered for special application/ heavy duty and high pressure) we do use mostly Italian sources even looking to develop global international chain supply to increase our competitiveness on product package supplies.
